Villagers and their MP have gathered at an equestrian centre at the heart of a proposed new quarry in Worcestershire. Residents in the villages of Wolverley and Cookley near Kidderminster say the 110 acre site to extract sand and gravel will ruin the local landscape and pose a health risk.
