So the next stage is Terms and Conditions, which have to be put into place before the Inspector can begin the process of his determination on his decision. They have to be put in what has been agreed by the Council and the quarry co. before 4pm on Monday 18th, then they should be online on the council website by Tuesday for viewing. Then they will go on live to the viewing public on Monday 25th November at 2pm, which will be confirmed on the council website. This is NOT an opportunity to ask further questions on the quarry, only on Terms and Conditions. If you feel you have an opinion on terms and conditions you have to put in writing to be considered then the Inspector decides if you can speak online. Anyone will be able to view online. Personally I feel that this is now down to the Rule 6 party, Our Barrister and Council Barrister. I’m sure someone will put me right if I’m wrong.
