Hi All
So the Judicial Review happened today, 31 Oct 2023 (Haloween!). Report back from our Barrister is positive but ultimately its down to the judge. The likely main argument is the biodiversity reference to future legislation in the Inspectors report. This was ultimately in response to an NRS argument so we still hope for a positive (for us) outcome. We won’t know the judgement for a few weeks so cross everything you can in the meantime…..
